Based on the history of the user's actions in spot bidding, the user's score will be displayed in one of the following forms.
For details on the user's spot bidding score use the tooltip or click on the auction hammer symbol.
The graphic symbol comes from the English term "auction hammer".
The user score in spot bidding is expressed between 1 and 5 hammers and is automatically calculated based on:
- The number of offers submitted by the user (submitted on load searches)
- The number of offers submitted and accepted
- Ratings received from the spot bidding partner
- The number of cancelled transactions after they were confirmed
- Likewise, regarding the offer requests (launched upon load post): number of spot bidding launched, solved, ratings received, cancelled transactions
Spot bidding was launched in October 2024. As the service is currently still not widely used, the score calculation criterion has the highest weight generated by the number of participations in spot bidding. Thus:
- For the first spot bidding initiated upon posting a load, the user receives one out of five stars
- For the first transport offer submitted to a spot bidding, the carrier consultant receives two out of five stars
We believe that the spot bidding service, included in the cost of access to the platform, brings benefits to both forwarders and carriers. We will continue to provide updates and information on these benefits. Now, just clarification:

The transport offer that the carrier sends to the forwarder:
- Is visible only to the forwarder – as in direct communication
- Is not visible to other carriers participating in the spot bidding
- Do not hesitate to submit a bid, regardless of the forwarder’s budget or payment terms
