This message addresses the companies with multiple users – also called extra users.
To prevent the not intended intrusion of a new user of your company, we did implement an email warning sent to all existing users regarding the new email address which was just validated.
The situation might show up when the perpetrator gets control over one of the existing email accounts in the company following a phishing attack. Followed by getting control over 123cargo user’s credentials. Then, the perpetrator builds an identity of a user of your company, including this new email address.
With this email we inform all existing users of the company about the new email address.
What action is expected from your side, especially if you, as users, are spread to multiple business sites of the company:
- If you are aware of the new user, ignore our warning.
- If you are NOT aware, address the security manager of your company.
- If your company does not have such a role, reply to the warning message and we will take care of the new user.
